Snow Days fun

We actually got some snow this year and we did not want to waste a single minute. We sledded, built a snowman, and had a snowball fight. What fun we had.

Christmas Morning

ER woke up in a bad mood.  I guess Christmas Eve wore her out.  She was just not too interested in what Santa brought.  She said she was just too tired.  My family came to my house for Christmas breakfast and she soon got excited.  It was a great, relaxing day for all.  I just love my family and my life.  

Christmas Eve Fun

We all went to my Mom's house for Christmas eve food, fun, and presents.  ER had a great time and got lots of cool stuff.  We sure love Christmas around here!  Then we went home to get ready for Santa.  We laid out the milk and cookies by the fireplace so he would not miss them.  ( ER had to get a little sample).  We did not figure he would mind.  Then off to bed we went- about 3 hours after our normal bedtime.  We had one tired girl.

Happy Adoption Day

2 years ago today we were in Chongqing City, China nervously waiting in the lobby of the hotel.  I held a small stuffed bee in my hand and Vanous had the video camera.   The babies came in through the lobby doors and I saw my ER for the first time.  She was quiet and subdued.  Not the ER that we all know and love.  It did not take long for her to shine.  And she has been shining ever since.  Happy Adoption Day my princess.  We love you sooooo much!!!!!!
